1. How long does it take to see the initial logo concepts?

The time we take to design the initial logo concepts is 3-5 days.

2. If I am not pleased with the initial logo concepts can you re-do them?

If you are not satisfied with them we cannot re-do them, but if you contact us before the first revision round we can refund your money. This applies to one-time orders which means if the customer is ordering again for the same logo design, the order will not be eligible for the refund. The more information you give us in the questionaire the better job we can do of delivering a logo you will like, that's why it's important to give us that information and in as much detail as you can.

3. What is your money-back guarantee?

Our money back guarantee means that if for any reason you are not satisfied with the initial logo concepts you can contact us before the first revision round for a full refund.

4. What programs do you design with?

We design logos with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. We use the other programs in the Adobe CS5 Suite for Websites, Brochures, etc.

5. What file formats do you support?

JPG, GIF, TIFF, PS, PSD, BMP, PNG, PDF, EPS, AI, High Rez BMP, High Rez PNG, High Rez TIF.

6. What does a logo revision entail?

A logo revision is a minor change to the logo, such as a font change, color change etc. A revision does not include an entire re-do of a logo presented.

7. What is your delivery time?

We try to deliver intitial logo concepts within 1-3 business days, and 1-2 for revisions.

8. Who gets ownership of the Copyright?

You get full ownership of the Copyright. We only ask that you let us use your design work in our portfolio.

9. How do you deliver the final files?

The final files will be e-mailed to you in a .zip file.
